#308: Let's Take It From The Top This is an example of how the show was produced before I took over in July 2006. The changes I introduced helped make the show more dynamic and energetic. These changes included having the guests stand instead of sit. The square desk was replaced by a round table to facilitate interactivity. The static background elements were replaced by dynamic rear projection screens playing computer animations. I introduced camera movement to help energize the show including dolly moves and pedastal moves. A new host with a more dynamic personality was chosen to replace the old host. A new show logo was incorporated into a new show open, bumpers, lower thirds and animated background . New theme music was chosen. In addition to these cosmetic changes, the segments were shortened allowing for the addition of a fourth segment as well as breaks for PSAs and interstitial material. This helped break up the show and increase the pacing. Watch the above shows to see all the changes that were introduced.
